Heh. I’ve always wanted to say that. It’s the most ridiculous thing I could think of, but seriously: where do you find the time to hit my site THREE MILLION TIMES?
I nearly fell out of my chair when I went to the control panel to look up export information and it said “3,062,914 total combined page hits.” And that’s only counting since March 2005, I think. That’s nearly three years into this blog. Ye Gods.
Anyway, not much more to say, it’s been a hellacious week for several reasons, mixed with some very nice, relaxing hours at the beach with my family and folks. Still don’t have health insurance. Still don’t have a lot of confidence in my broker. Trying to stay out of slapping range. Still not sure what I’m doing with my life. Still not making ends meet. Still ticking people off. Still jittery. Still here.
What more is there?

I wonder if that counts RSS hits…if it does, I “hit” your site every time I open my browser (which loads my personalized Google, which has your RSS feed). I’ll cop to, say, 10-20 hits per day.
Why> Because we LIKE you!
Cool! And here I was thrilled to be approaching 200,000 after 3 years on my site. LOL
I hope those other things will fall into place for you soon.
It must be so nervewracking not to have insurance when you are already teetering financially. You must worry about every little ache and pain . My father worked for a municipality and somehow was able to direct his pension to perpetual health insurance instead of cash for my mother. We lamented this at first, but we all kicked in to cover her living expenses not covered by SS. Theses days, when she has COPD and was recently put on meds that cost $79 per pill, we are so appreciative of him. Otherwise, she would be dead, he would be broke.
When you go full time w/your new job, will they offer health insurance>
